KarrScheffelSullinger, LLC is a boutique, retained executive search firm that specializes in recruiting senior level financial and human resources executives. Our most typical searches are for the Chief Financial Officer and lead Human Resources positions; however, we also conduct audit committee chair searches and searches for roles that report to the CFO, such as Corporate Controller and VP of Finance.

Our firm has a long history and track record in Northern California as a preeminent finance and accounting search firm with origins going back over 35 years. In 2013 we expanded our focus to include human resources as a natural complement to our existing practice. While we have supported clients across the United States, the majority of our client base has been in the Western United States.
